Per URA progressive payment schedule for new development, it's stated:
=> 20% payment - upon signing Sales & Purchase agreement (~ 8weeks fr option date)
Thereafter, payment kicks-in by phases, Question: Based on units TOP 2014 – 2015, can you share what are the approx. timeline these payments are due after SPA signing. Can you quote in terms of weeks/ months? Not sure how this works…
=> Completion of foundation work 10%
=> Completion of reinforced concrete framework of unit 10%
=> Completion of brick walls of unit 5%
=>Completion of roofing/ceiling of unit 5%
=>Completion of electrical wiring,
=>internal plastering, plumbing and installation of door and window frames of unit 5%
=>Completion of car park, roads and drains serving the housing project 5%
