Hi, need yr expert advice, what would u buy 1) a 99yrs condo TOP 2014, near MRT, abt $850 psf for 3 bedder or 2) a FH condo, finished construction on 2010, no amenities, abt $880 psf for 3 bedder?

if you intend to stay for max 2 to 5 yrs .. buy a 99 yrs and enjoy it... otherwise, buy a FH if you are not sure...

Hi Jasmine,

If you are thinking of selling it in future, I suggest you buy one with a full condo facilities. Buyers would prefer condo with facilities than one without, does not matter whether is freehold or leasehold.
