Hi, my son has a condo bought solely in his own name. If I wish to add my name to this condo, and if:
1. I do not own any private property now
2. I have a private property to my name
3. I have a HDB to my name

Please advise what are the fees/stamp duties involved. Also, how can be done?

Hi,

Am a bit unsure why you are looking at various scenarios, may I understand your concerns and objectives? All 3 scenarios, the stamp duties vary, and especially with HDB, you need to have met your MOP before you can add your name in.
