Hi, my neighbor are quarreling and shouting frequently. This unit is on lease and the tenant/occupiers are a nuisance. I have seen policemen at their house but the shouting/slamming of items are still going on. I would like to inform the landlord/owner. It would be appreciated if you could advise how do i found out who is the owner/agent of this HDB unit so that the landlord is aware of this? Thank you.
