Hi David,

It typically depends on your expectations. Have you calculated the sums when you have made the decision to purchase? When will the project TOP? The time the project TOPs will definitely have some impact on the rental income you can expect. As my fellow agents have pointed out on the rental range, is that acceptable to you?
