Home owners are not allowed to put up property listings on PropertyGuru. It is only for licensed realtors with paid subscriptions to put up their listings for sale or rent. In fact, it is encouraged to engage an agent for your sale or rent, as many consumers are now worried of being scammed in a property transaction so they prefer to go through an agent with the transactions. In this case, if your concern is about the commission, then you can factor in this amount into the final sale or rental price, so your buyer or tenant will be indirectly paying the commission on your behalf, as commission is only applicable if there is a successful transaction.
