Hi, may I check when is the expected TOP?

Hi,
For North Gaia EC, Legal OTP date is June 2027 , but they developer is trying to target to complete by 4Q 2025 (non-commitment basis). Looking at the progress, it may be possible barring any unforeseen circumstances like stop-work order etc.
