Hi. Looking to rent in the D9-11 area. Or is there another safe area for expat with young children. Budget is max $4000 pm. Need min 3 bedroom plus maids room. Condo only. Also willing to pay more for fully furnished but not essential. Can anyone help?

Hi Pete,

Depending on the age of your kid(s) and your preferences, there are many good quality and relatively safe accomodations outside of Districts 9-11.

If your priority is to be near to the schools where your kids are attending, do drop me a message for some recommendations.

Hi Pete,

If you are considering school for your children, there are good schools in Bishan area, close to the famous schools like Ai Tiong school, cathalic high, and some very good childcares.

You will be able to get a nice room with maid room with the budget, full facilities.
