There's an unit available for sale at 836. Will you be keen to view?

Will you require funds from sale or finance purchase? I am worried that the seller wont be able to wait for you to sell then buy his unit. Then you will be stuck when your house is sold but no available unit in the same block. Will you consider other nearby blocks just in case?
