Hi I've been staying in a resale 4NGflat in AMK for past 12yrs and still paying the loan. My questions :1.Is it good timing to sell my resale flat and but new flat now?2.I took the HBD Grant and has never bought new flat before, do I need to pay the levy? 3.My kids are all schooling, my concern is to find a new flat that either still near to their current school or to get a new flat nearby a pri sch that have vacancy for my children. 4.Which matured estate area is building new flats in coming year or so? 5.I am 35yrs and hubby 40yrs old..can we still get HDB loan instd of Bank loan?
