Hi I'm thinking of buying a 3 bed-rm or 3+1. Just checked got only 5 sales for Mi Casa for whole of Dec 2009 & Jan 2010. heard developer also got remainder, do u think choa chu kang area buy already will DEPRECIATE? seems like sales for this condo is stagnant, but i'm keen to buy to stay, just worried will LOSE MONEY over time if i sell, coz the condo next to it looks very old, if it's me I wont buy the resale unit there. tks.

How are you?

Please be assured that as Choa Chu Kang hasn't got any new condos for a long long time so it will be wise to invest in Mi Casa especially with walking distance to MRT. If you notice, condos near MRT will not depreciate over time.

    U mean the one next to Mi Casa (i dunno what name) has appreciated too? it looks very old to me and i thought that is a sure-depreciate condo. the gd thing abt mi casa is price, but i wonder if it is still too high, since developers cannot sell fully and more people want to sell off now.
