Hi, I'm new to this. My husband and I are Singaporean but we are currently working abroad. We have about $230K in CPF and no housing loan. We're interested to buy a property but we exceed the HDB income ceiling of $10K per month.

Is it possible to finance 95% of a property using our CPF? i.e getting a bank loan for a property but using a majority of our CPF to finance? Thanks
