Hi, I'm looking for 3 rooms or 4 rooms hdb flat at woodlands area. We are one Singaporean and one malaysian. Gross salary less than $5000 and also is a first time buyer. Is any hdb grant can we apply and how much ? Can we apply hdb loan and how much % can we loan also ? Thanks!

Evening Eric,

As one of you are Singaporean, you are eligible to $11k grant, and top-up to $30k, once your partner convert to Citizen, within 1 year from key collection. YOu are also eligible for HDB loan, with is 90% of valuation price. Based on the estimate from your gross income of $4k, you should qualified for the loan amount.
