Hi Dennis,

If you want to purchase the condominium under your company account, then there will be ABSD involved and it Is 25%. So if there are any other alternatives, then I would not encourage you to purchase under your company.

What I can suggest is that probably we can meet up for a chat on this. No worries there are no obligations at all, We can really just take it as a chat. Hopefully you will be able to purchase your condominium and minimising your ABSD as much as possible.

Hi Dennis,

With the newest cooling measures, you will incur the maximum ABSD of 25% for the purchase, hence it does not really makes sense for you to purchase a residential property under a corporate account, unless you're very confident that it is a very good deal and you are confident that the property will enjoy more than 30% capital appreciation in the near future.
