- Considering your budget of $600-650k, finding a private condo in Simei/Tampines/Pasir Ris might be challenging, but you could explore smaller units or older developments.
- As for timing, the property market in Singapore is relatively stable, but always keep an eye on interest rates and government policies which can influence prices. If you find a good deal now, it might be worth considering rather than waiting.
