Hi, I'm currently looking to be a part-time property agent as i'm looking for a more challenging but flexible job as i would be starting a family soon.I have no knowledge or experience.Possible for some one to share more, looking forward to a career in this line but without forking out a big capital on courses & certs..could someone please advise?
