Hi, I'm a SPR intending to apply for BTO under Fiance/Fiancee Scheme with SC. It'll be our first property. Do we qualify for the ABSD remission (0% ABSD) if we submit our Marriage Certificate upon key collection? When is ABSD (if any) payable - during booking or key collection?

Yes, married couple got ABSD remission for Matrimonial home with at least 1 SC .. Have a great week head!

As long as there's a SC involved, there will not be any ABSD for first matrimonial home purchase, be it HDB or private.

    Thanks for your answer. Under the Fiance/Fiancee Scheme, when we sign the Agreement for Lease we don't need to submit Marriage Certificate yet to have 0% ABSD, is that correct?

    Besides, I understand there is $10,000 premium for SPR. Anything else to take note for SC-SPR for BTO? Thank you.
