Hi, an OTP is a legal document. So once you sign it, you can’t reject it. For your case, 25% of the downpayment will be forfeited.

Hi,

My guess is you meant that although you had signed an OTP, however the cheque payment did not went through.

In this case, the offer is incomplete, meaning offer without consideration.

The agreement is considered as null, and seller has all rights to sell to next interested party. As a buyer, you only lost the opportunity to own the property. No monetary lost in this case.
