Hi Mdm Jenny,

There is no time restriction for you to purchase a HDB resale flat. You can purchase it anytime, even before selling off your condo.

However, do take note that you will have to dispose off all interest in private residential properties within 6 months upon the completion of the HDB flat.

If you are referring to new HDB BTO flats, provided you meet the eligibility conditions, you will have to sell off your condo, then wait out a 30-month period, before being able to apply for a new BTO flat.

My charges are 1% commission for exclusive selling rights ( sole agent ) to your condo or 2% for open listing ( many agents ) .

There is no wait out period to purchase resale HDB, you can purchase anytime, but you have to sell off your condo within 6 months of key collection.

However, you have to wait out a 30 month period after selling your condo before you can apply BTO.
