You can sell your existing EC away before you buy that 2nd property in order to avoid ABSD and enjoy maximum loan.

Otherwise, you can only wait for the regulations to be revised to remove the ABSD and increase the LTV.

What are your plans? To sell and buy? Or to keep both?
If its the former, we can plan out the financial plan and timelines such that you have a smooth transition and can avoid ABSD and get 80% loan.

If its the latter, if you have an EC now, you will need to sell it away if you buy HDB. Getting a condo as 2nd property is not an issue but ABSD and reduced LTV applies.
