Hi Yun Yi,

Regency Suite is a Freehold property, and at Tiong bahru area. It is impossible to get any 3 BRs at $850K.

A 3-RMs comes with size 1,421 sq. ft. Average psf is at $882. To get to your budget range, unless the psf falls to $600 psf, which is not possible.

With your budget, you can still get good property in other area. Let me know if you have other property in mind. I hope to serve you.
