Hi, i would like to rent my 4rm unit in June 2014. May I know when is the best time to look out for property agent for assistance. My unit is at Woodlands Dr 52, how much will the market price of the rental would be? TQ

The current market rate for a 4 bedroom in your area is $2100-$2500, depending on furnishing and condition.
