hi, I would like to know what do experts like you think about prices of landed houses in singapore. I sold my 99-year leasehold condo unit at end of last year and bought a 3-storey freehold terrace in Upper thomson. How do you think are the upside for properties like this. The price has so far appreciated from 2mil when I bought to 2.5-3mil for a similar size terrace right now.
