Hi, I would like to know if there is any explicit rule which restricts the "splitting up" of an apartment to create smaller units for rental? Each unit will be renovated with ensuite bathroom. Thanks

Hi,

According to URA guidelines, this is consider as "subletting" thus it's not allow..
