Hi,

Before we can give any advice, we need to be very sure the situation.

You have moved out of A, moving into B.

You ex landlord of A is also an agent, but not your agent.

You ex landlord of A found your agent who is helping you with the handover of the property A ?

During handing over, both agents need to be present.

I do not see anything wrong with him talking to your agent.

Do i get the situation correct ?
