Hi,

I would like to ask if i were to buy a Brand new EC. Second timer. Assuming the price is $780K.

I would like to know:
Downpayment amount in cash
Downpayment amount in CPF
Legal or Stamp Duties

After that, what are the payment like? Understand that that Deferred Payment is now removed.
