Hi, I own a private property. My parents owns a HDB (tenant-in-common).
Individually they write a will, if they pass on, they will leave the HDB to me.
I will like to ask, if one of them (dad) pass on during different period, when I inherit my dad's portion in HDB, do I need to sell my private property?
Can my mum keep remains in the HDB without selling?
