The most recent transaction is $920,000 for 1,130sqft unit in Aug 2011.

Currently, there a few units (1,130sqft) selling, they asking between $920,000 to $968,000.

Therefore, a fair valuation should be around $920,000 region.

Usual transaction is 10 weeks (8+2 weeks); however, it can be reduce to (5+2 week) if both party agreed. This excluded the marketing period.
