Hi, I noticed that there are many units up for sale in this building. Why is it so? Anybody be kind enough to share? I am interested to buy one unit as investment. Anybody know what is the remaining leasehold left?

99 leasehold from 02/06/1977
which means it is close to 38 years with a balance of 61 years.
reasons for sale are aplenty. too diversify to expand on. Read More
