Hi

I noticed a lot of studio units in balestier/whampoa area going for $1300 + psf, new condos or old condos alike.

Is this overpriced? Eg in casa fortuna, a small unit of 507sqf is selling at 650k cheapest. How much should I counter offer such that it is reasonable for both parties?
