Hi i need to inquire about the flat that i'm staying with my mum.. This flat belonged to my late dad but the problem is that this flat has no owner name, it stated as care for the flat, under my mum name... It is difficult to rent out a room as we were told by HDB, we need to get a lawyer, even i want to put my name as a owner to this house flat, i also need to get a lawyer... how much is the lawyer fee? Is it to expensive for just putting my name as a owner to my late dad home? Pls help me i need some advice from you..
