Hi. I m wondering if I have not completed the minimum occupancy period for my HDB. Will it be possible that I can just use cash to buy a condo property that is going to TOP after my Minimum occupancy period using Cash?

Yes, There is no problem for you to buy a Private property after you have met the minimum occupancy period by cash.. However, if you want to buy it before your Min occupancy period, please consult HDB.. Read More

Hi,

Both cash or CPF also viable after your MOP. However, there is some restrictions on CPF if you intends to use it.

Perhaps, if there is anything you are still unsure of, you can drop me a message.

Cheers and happy holidays!
