Asked by Am I over-leveraging in buying?
Hi,
I m a Singaporean age 41 this year, self-employed. Currently staying in S'goon Nth 4A HDB with my spouse and a kid. My flat has an outstanding loan of $28k that will fully paid off by Sept 2016. I invested another condo in 2010 (Maysprings 2-bedder) that give a positive cash rental return of approx. $700 after less monthly mortgage deduction. Recently, I bought a 3 bedder from new launch (La Fiesta) on 11 Jan'13 (this having beaten the 7th CM which entitled me a 60% LTV). I was planning to rent out my flat upon TOP of La Fiesta (approx. 2016/17) and staying there, covering in part my third property mortgage w/ HDB rental. In any sense, am I consider over-leveraging in my property investment in opinion?
