Hi, I live in Palm Garden, 958 sqft, high floor and good condiction. I am thinking of selling it away and move to some private property near to Pei Hwa Primary School where my kids potentially will be enrolling. I wonder if there is any affordable private property around that region with minimal topup after selling away Palm Garden ?

Please be more specific on the top up amount you are looking at for your purchase after selling your Palm Gardens as different clients have different definitions of minimal.

Based on the caveats lodged, there were 2 units with 958sqf transacted in the month of June at $755k and $760k respectively.
