Hi!

I intended to do a renovation for my upcoming resale flat. However, as i am currently under debt consolidation plan, i understand that i will not be able to apply for any loans from the bank. Does this include renovation loan?

Can i apply for in-house renovation loan while on debt consolidation plan?
