Hi,

I have transferred my first subsidized flat ownership to my ex spouse after divorce which happened 8 years ago.I have bought another resale flat with my current spouse(HDB only give half grant,$20k to my current spouse).

I intend to buy another subsidized flat with my current spouse.Do we need to pay full resale levy $40k?

Hi FY, no resale levy to be paid as long as the next housing is not a BTO or a balance unit direct from HDB.

If you are talking about BTO or flats bought directly from HDB, yes full resale levy will apply as you and your current wife are considered second timer. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussions on this.
