Hi, I have a one year old penthouse in Amber Gardens, 3200sqf. Very good condition. I might have to move to Woodlands to a landed property near SAS. Hopefully bigger than 6000sqf. Are there Freehold bungalows in Woodlands? Will my condo selling price will cover the price for a bungalow? Also, all bungalows in Woodlands seemed to be 99 years leasehold. What will happen if I bought 99 and have to sell in a few years? Do I still get the same value or lower?

Hi Allen,

With regards to your question:

Landed Leasehold depreciate with years.
For example if the lease has 30yeasr left, banks are unlikely to loan therefore need to pay in cash. Unless developers come and buy at a premium, however such cases are not often seen.

FH bungalow, at woodlands area, may cost you $4M-$6M, depending on the location e.t.c.

I will seek an opporunity to meet up with you and undesrtand your requirments better and at the same time, see how I can help to market your unit.

Look forward to your positive reply.
