Hi Anonymous,..for your unit located at bt batok east ave 3,..it is not a location walkable to MRT,..rental price depends on many factors whereby you have to put an acceptable price to attract tenants.,market rental now is not going good whereby it is tough to get tenants to view your unit if the price is high even if it is well renovated.but if it is walkable to Mrt,there will be more potential tenants.Obviously,we can try to get the best price...Honestly,2.5k(hdb) is already high for rental now...even if it is walkable to Mrt..At no Obligation, may i suggest if i could arrange a meeting with you to further discuss on the factors of what you could fetch for the price.thanks.

The surrounding condos are calling from $2.5K-$3K and comes with facilities. Some of them are within walking distance to the MRT
