Hi., I have 2 year contract and server 1.2 years already. Now i have to move out of the house. So I asked the Owner and she agreed to pay back the deposit and I looked out another house. After one month, she said, she can give only half of the deposit. Now(14 days only left) she stopped responding at all. What can I do in this case?
