Asked by
Hi,

I gave my seller temporary extension. My problem is, when I signed on the agreement, the form is blank.
My agent did not act on my interest and told the sellers that my agreed date is 26 Aug.
Now, even though I relented and told them I want the keys by 3 Sep, the sellers are sticking to the 5 Sep date agreed by my agent.
The completion date is on the 11 July.

Is there anything I can do to get the sellers to hand over the keys on the 3 Sep?
I am not collecting rent from them, the extension is solely out of goodwill.

Please help.

Best regards,
June

Dear June,

Re: Today’s SG Professional Choice- SGAgent.com & SGRealtor.com

Will recommend that you did not create hassle unnecessary to ask the seller to move out as it not likely the seller will entertain. Just wait till seller move out and move in that all.
