Hi I divorce with my wife about 1 yr plus ago but during that time in contract I wanted my son to take over the flat n pay me back the CPF amount that I pay.
But now he doing ns only.If now I wanted to change to just let me son to take over the HDB flat n need not have to pay back the CPF can?
I wanted to remove my name from the HDB n put his name in it n let him continue to pay the balance mthly to HDB.
What can I do n it need how much to settle the issue.
