Hi,
I currently co-own a hdb with my daughter. I added her name last year 'cause she's a bankrupt. How can I buy a condo without incurring ABSD? I know I can buy under trust using 3rd party's name. If I use my niece name( she's 12 years old), what's the procedure and cost involved?
Currently my daughter and I co-own a hdb. My daughter is a bankrupt. I also co-own another shophouse with my sister-in-law. How do I prevent my daughter's creditors/private trustee from seizing my daughter's inheritance upon my death? How much does setting up a trust cost and how long is the process?

You may wish to consult your law firm further with issues relating to Will as well as buying under Trust.
