Hi, I bought a new condo last year.

I have purchased solely on my Name.

I'm a SPR, wife is on Long Term Visa and a House Wife.

Now I intend my Wife to have rights on the property too.

What is the process and amount involved for my Wife to have rights on the property.

Consult a lawyer and handle your portion of share to be transferred to your wife. Ratio of share not under any bank loan will be allowed since your wife is a housewife.
