Hi I ballot and made down-payment for a bto without grant. Have not collected keys to the bto. I have an opportunity to flip a overseas property for profit in a short frame. Can I do that given I have not collected my keys to the bto? (I do not want to jeopardize my bto flat)

Good afternoon Sean,

The legal answer would be no. When you signed the OTP agreement with HDB, it is indicated that the prospective buyers are not eligible to purchase nor have interest on any private property within or outside Singapore.
