Hi, I am tired of buying a condo, then finding faults like leaking ceilings, cracking marble, broken aircon condensers, etc. Many builders claim that they do not cover these things and wash their hands after making the sale. Does anyone know which of the property developers have a good comprehensive guarantee which does not expire after they hand over keys?
