Hi Yanqiu, not really and in fact, 1 bedroom unit is easier to rent out or to sell due to the low quantum. Even more so especially in Tampines area, as it is near to 3 shopping mall, a new hub and mrt station.

Studio Apartment is much more easier to rent out, Im confident Tampines is a good place. Reason being that
1. Nearby Shopping Malls and amenities
2. Tampines Hub - Sports Hub, Library etc
3. Changi Business Park.
4. Accessibility to MRTs
