Hi, I am planning to purchase a private property with parents who are near to retirement. We would be looking to take a loan of about 30-40% of the property value. My question is that how would the maximum loan tenure be calculated? If I am 35 at the point of purchasing the property, would we be able to take a 30 year loan? would my parents' age and income affect the loan tenure? Thanks.
