Good afternoon Sarah, As you don't have any outstanding loan, you will be able to loan up to 80% (but still subject to 60% total debt servicing ratio) with max loan tenure of 30 years or to retirement age of 65 years old. Thus downpayment will be 20% (5% cash and 15% CPF/ cash). If you are a SC, you will be subject to 7% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty.
