Hi,
I am negotiating a tenancy agreement and the landlord's agent inserted a clause stating that I have to reimburse the Landlord on a pro rated basis in the event of early termination the agent's commission.
I would like to ask if this is legal? I feel that this is unfair as my security deposit would be deducted in the event of early termination already.
