Hi, I am moving from Australia at the end of January to start work in Singapore, I want to rent a spacious 2br place for around S$2500 - $3500 per month. Locations I think I would like are D2, D11-15, although I am not familiar with the city so I'm not sure. I would like to be near public transport for sure.

With these requirements would it be easy to find an unfurnished place? I am deciding on shipping furniture so I wanted to get an idea. Also will a flexible lease term of about 6 months be possible? I want to keep options open in case purchasing a condo unit becomes a possibility. Thanks!

Hi Vish,

I have a 2 bedrooms apartment at International Plaza, D2. MRT train is just right downstairs and near to shopping centres and food centres.
